Diane Erdmann, RN, BSN, has over 30 years of experience working with breastfeeding moms and
babies in addition to nursing her own 3 children. In 1990, she became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She has worked in one of Omaha’s largest OB hospital departments for 20 years as a Lactation Consultant and then as a Maternal Child Home Health Nurse for 10 years specializing in Lactation consultanting and premature infants. During this time, she saw thousands of moms and babies, including full term, healthy babies with breastfeeding issues, babies that struggled to gain weight, jaundiced babies on phototherapy and premature infants. In 2004, she was the Lactation Consultant for several local hospitals until opening Breastfeeding Support & Supplies of Omaha in 2008.
